| Desired skills | 【必須（MUST）】 ※以下のいずれか必須 ・大企業もしくはスタートアップやベンチャーでの新規事業開発の成功および失敗体験 ・事業会社における投資実務、あるいはCVCやベンチャーキャピタルでの業務経験 ・コンサルティングファームにおけるM&A・事業投資関連業務経験 ※以下の全てが必須 ・基本的な事業開発プロセス・ノウハウに対する知識 ・独自に課題を特定し、その解決策の提案から実行までを主体的に進めるスキル ・多岐にわたるステークホルダーとの効果的なコミュニケーションおよびエコシステム構築能力 ・経営層とのスムーズなコミュニケーションによる経営支援能力 ・多様な背景を持つチームメンバーを統率し、共に成果を上げ続けるリーダーシップ 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・新規事業開発プロジェクトに対する加速支援の業務経験 ・協業やジョイントベンチャーによる事業立ち上げ経験 ・技術的知見を基盤にした新規事業やビジネスモデルの構築経験 ・コンサルタントとしての基本フレーム活用や新規事業に関するリサーチや分析の経験 |
