How generative AI is changing the world of new business development: Accelerating ideation, mass production, and co-creation

The emergence of generative AI is dramatically changing the way new businesses are developed. It enables launches with a small number of people in a short period of time, and dramatically improves the speed of hypothesis testing and scaling. In this presentation, we will introduce methods for accelerating research, increasing the number and speed of business plan production/creation, and using AI to evaluate business plans using the new business development support AI tool "BIIM Cloud." We will also discuss from a practical perspective how people and AI can co-create business plans through its use in business creation workshops. This presentation will provide hints for everyone from startup managers to new business managers at large corporations.
