With the advent of generative AI, the way new business development is conducted is undergoing major change. It is now possible to launch projects with small teams in short periods of time, while dramatically improving the speed of hypothesis testing and scaling.
In this lecture, we will introduce methods enabled by the new business development support AI tool “BIIM Cloud,” including faster research, mass generation and rapid creation of business plans, and AI-driven evaluation of business plans. We will also share a practical perspective on how people and AI co-create business plans through the use of BIIM Cloud in business creation workshops.
