We hereby announce that our company's management structure has been changed as follows, effective April 1, 2025.
Ron Konno has been appointed as Representative Director and CEO. Konno has previously played a central role as our company's CEO, and will now lead business growth as Representative Director going forward.
Additionally, Kazuhisa Shimizu has been appointed as a new director. Shimizu currently serves as Corporate SVP and General Manager of the Financial Solutions Division at NEC Corporation (NEC), and is expected to contribute to our company's management from a multifaceted perspective.
Furthermore, Masamitsu Kitase, who has served as Representative Director until now, will continue to play an important role in supporting our company's growth as Executive Advisor going forward.
