(Representative Director and President: Seiji Osaka, hereinafter "AIST Solutions") concluded a business outsourcing contract regarding digital platform production business on May 19, 2023.
AIST Solutions was established with the purpose of promoting the utilization of research and development results from the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST) and implementing those results in society. BIRD INITIATIVE is a co-creative R&D startup studio that unleashes research and development capabilities and continues to lead business innovation that revolutionizes society at the fastest speed, working on new business and startup creation by utilizing business development and carve-out knowledge and the management resources of large corporations. On April 1, 2023, two projects utilizing research results from the NEC-AIST Artificial Intelligence Collaborative Research Laboratory were carved out as Intent Exchange Inc. and BitQuark Inc.
