In order to have a clear answer to the question of why this department exists and to visualize the connections with other departments and management, we carry out an overall design based on "Innovation Assignment (Why, What/Who, When, Where, Which)."
All participants will comprehensively review current initiatives and issues, identify gaps and overlaps in the system, and identify areas for improvement, leading to the design of measures based on priorities. Through approximately 15 to 20 workshops, we will build a consistent process from exploration to monetization, taking into account the roles required of each department, the support system (human resources, intellectual property, legal affairs, etc.), and the nature of external collaboration.
