Hootfolio was spun out from NEC Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "NEC", Note 1) through NEC's business innovation process. In this endeavor, it received support from BIRD INITIATIVE, Inc. The mechanism of the causal analysis AI solution 「causal analysis」
In recent years, business management challenges have become more complex, and the demand for data-driven decision-making has increased. On the other hand, interpreting causal relationships from data requires hypothesis-driven trial and error, which takes a tremendous amount of time.
Causal Analysis is a solution developed from NEC's research and development that automates the exploration of causal relationships using AI, thereby enhancing the speed of decision-making for customers. Since the launch of the business at NEC in 2020, it has been used in areas such as marketing and human resources to visualize human psychology and connect it to effective strategies. With this spin-off, the company aims to accelerate further business growth and contribute to solving customer challenges.
Hootfolio will provide causal analysis across a wide range of fields, including product development, customer relationship enhancement, human resource management, business management, and public policy.
