Carve-outs are attracting attention as a new method of innovation in large Japanese companies. Carve-outs are a new option for business companies to create start-ups by utilizing technologies that they are unable to commercialize on their own. In this seminar, we will discuss how to support the creation of startups from such large companies and the possibilities of new businesses that can be realized through carve-outs.
