| Skills sought | ■ Requirements (MUST) Practical experience in launching new businesses (regardless of large corporation or startup) Experience in P/L management (responsibility for budgets of 100 million yen or more) Experience in organizational management (teams of three or more) Experience in direct negotiations and contract execution with clients Ability to create presentations and documents ■ Preferred (WANT) Experience in business development involving IP strategy and navigating gray-area regulations Experience in business expansion in international markets Experience with CVC, M&A, joint ventures, etc. Technical background (AI, IoT, biotech, etc.) |
